摘要 集成毛细管电泳芯片具有体积小、成本低、便于携带、分析速度快、所需样品和试剂少等优点 ,是一种新型的微型分析实验装置。介绍了该芯片的产生和发展过程 ,综述了有关该芯片的结构、材料选取、制作工艺、键合方法等方面的进展和存在的问题 。 An integrated capillary electrophoresis chip is a novel kind of miniaturized device for biochemistry analysis. The advantages of the chip includes small bulk, low cost in manufacture, use, and disposal, decreased time of analysis; reduced consumption of samples and reagents; increased separation efficiency and portability. In this paper, the history of the chip is introduced, the development and problems of the structure, material selection, fabrication process and bonding method of the chip are reviewed, and application future of the chip is predicted.
