摘要
研究孔石莼中多糖的提取分离方法,并对多糖进行了灰分、总糖、水解硫酸根含量、特性粘度等测定,以及元素分析、单糖气相色谱分析、氨基酸分析、红外光谱和核磁共振光谱等仪器分析。
After separating method of polysaccharides was studied, ash content, total sugar, sulfate content, intrinsic viscosity of the polysaccharides were analyzed. Element analysis, saccharide residues' ratio, amino acid analysis, and IR NMR analysis were carried out by instrumental methods.
