摘要
铝合金阳极氧化、电解着色及封闭时表面发生一系列复杂的反应,生成具有一定光泽、颜色、耐蚀耐磨的氧化膜层,使铝合金表面具有优异的装饰保护功能,广泛应用于国民经济各部门,但由于铝表面精饰工艺繁多,表面结构复杂,目前尚未得到铝合金表面精饰膜层精细结构的完整图象。 Alcoa、Wood等人指出铝氧化膜由一系列致密的六角形膜孔组成,其主要成分为含水的γ-Al_2O_3微晶、氧化物、酸性阴离子;Thompson利用TEM研究了氧化膜的晶核形成。
The microstructure and select-area composition of aluminum alloy film electrocoloured and sealed was examined all-sidely with Scanning Electron Microscope (X-650SEM) and Energy Dispersion Analysis of X-ray (EDX-9100), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM-2000EX), Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES-350), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ((?)550-XPS) and Ion mass Spectrometry (IMS-300). The multilayers structre, localized grown model of the oxide film, distribution characteristic of coloured particle and the formation mechanism of sealing layer have been studied deeply.
