摘要
在介绍吉林省西部地区的地形、地貌、人文景观等自然环境的基础上,阐述了该区的资源特点,指出了该区经济发展存在的碱化、沙化、草原退化严重等六个问题。针对这些问题,提出了以加强水利工程建设为主的五项综合治理途径和到2005年、2010年优质农产品生产基地建设的目标。
Basing on the introduction of natural circumstances concluding topography,landforms and landscape,expounded the resource character of the areas,pointed out the six serious problems of alkalization,desertification,grassland degeneration,etc.According to these problems ,pointed out five channels taking stengthening irrigation works as the dominant factor to tackle it synthetically and the norm of production base constructure of high quality agricultural products of the year2005and2010.
