摘要
分析了不锈钢还原脱磷的热力学条件 ,计算了脱磷率 ,并在真空感应炉中用CaC2 -CaF2 熔剂对 2Cr1 3重熔钢液脱磷进行了实验研究。实验结果表明 ,这种渣有很强的脱氧和脱硫能力。当CaF2 和CaC2 的质量比接近 1∶4时 ,脱磷效果最好 ,最大脱磷率可达 75 .3 % ,并可使最终wP 降至 0 .0 1
The article analyses the thermodynamic conditions of reducing dephosphorization and calculates the theoretical dephosphorization efficiency. In addition, dephosphorization experiments of stainless steel 2Cr13 with CaC 2-CaF 2 slag were made in vacuum induction furnace. The results showed that the slag was powerful in its capacity of deoxidation and desulfurization as well. When the mass of CaF 2 was about one fourth of CaC 2, the dephosphorization results were the best with a high dephosphorization rate of 75.3?%. As a result, the final phosphorus content of stainless steel can be decreased to about 0.01?%.
