摘要
采用脉冲进样法,研究了应用单道扫描式ICP光谱仪分析微体积试样的方法。在优化实验条件下,精密度接近连续喷雾水平,而分析灵敏度提高近6倍,绝对检出限也明显优于连续进样法。通过测定生物试样中的钇,两种进样法所得回收率分别为98%和102%。为应用单道扫描式ICP光谱仪测定微体积试样中的单个元素提供了一个新途径。
The programmable ICP scanning spectrometer with microvolume sample introduction has
been successfully applied to determining trace yttrium in biological sample.
The possibility and feasibility of microvolume sample analysis are discussed. The results
show that the sensitivity can be improved by a factor of six in terms of the absolute mass of
analysis when the microvolume sampling is used.
