摘要
本文用超动态法快速制备了全戊基和全辛基化的β-环糊精手性毛细管柱,分离了几种α-卤代酸酯,α-羟基酸酯、卤代烃、酯和醛对映体。比较了两种烷基化β-环糊精手性固定相的选择性和热稳定性。
The chiral capillary columns with perpentylated and peroctylated β-cyclodextrin derivative stationary phases could be prepared by superdynamic coating in a short time. Enantiomers, such as α-halogenated acid esters, α-hydroxy (O-TFA) acid esters, halohy-Grocarbons, an ester and aldehyde (acetal) were separated on these chiral columns. The enantioselectivity and thermal stability of two types of peralkylated β-cyclodextrin stationary phases were compared.
