摘要
研究型大学是科教兴国的强大生力军。研究型大学必须具备三个基本要素 :培养高层次人才 ,从事高水平科研 ,高层次人才培养和高水平科研同期、同步相融合。中国研究型大学的建设应当重点解决两个问题 :改革国家研究体制和变革大学组织结构。
Research emphasized universities are the strong contingent for the program of vitalizing the nation through science and education. Research emphasized universities must possess three basic elements: cultivation of high level talent, output of high level research results and simultaneous and synchronical integration of the above aspects. In the development of research emphasized universities in China, special efforts must be made to reform the national research system and innovate the organizational structure of universities.
