摘要
目的 分析肾结核的声像图表现 ,以期提高肾结核诊断准确率。方法 对 76例肾结核患者进行多方位探查。结果 76例肾结核患者 94只肾 ,表现为肾积水者 48只肾 ,占 5 1% (4 8/ 94) ;肾囊肿样变 3 4只肾 ,占 3 6% (3 4/ 94) ;肾实质性改变 12只肾占 13 % (12 / 94)。结论 肾结核声像图表现复杂 ,B超检查简便 ,可作为首选检查方法。
Objective To raise the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis rate for uephritic tubercle.Methods 76 cases of nephritic tubercle were eletected multi-directedly by ultrasonophy.Results In 94 Kidneys of 76 cases,51%(48/94) hydronephrosis,36%(34/94) cystoid kidney ,13%(12/94)solid lesion of kidney. Conclusions Ultrasonophy might be the prime method for diagnosis of nephritic tubercle.
