摘要
我国西部体育落后于东部地区,从根本上说,是缺乏体育文化创新。分别从创新体育文化是体育创新与发展的基石;西部体育落后的根源之一是体育文化发展的滞后;西部体育文化创新的目标是应对时代挑战,铸造时代精神以及体育文化创新的落脚点等方面对发展西部体育,进行了分析和论述。
Western sport lags behind eastern area basically due to the absence of sports culture innovation. It is analyzed and expounded the innovation of sports culture is the cornerstone of sports development and innovation; the goal of western sport culture is to meet the times challenge and formulate times sprite; the basic sports innovation is to develop western sport.
