摘要
在自然光照下,根田鼠肝糖元水平有一个昼夜节律,一天中含量存在两个高峰,一个是在1:00的30.8±7.6mg/g湿重,另一个为15:00的29.7±9.4mg/g湿重,最低是在20:00的14.8±1.7mg/g湿重.在低氧7Km2h和24h下,肝糖元呈下降趋势,但不呈显著水平(P>0.05).

Xining,81000l] Abstract: Under nature light,there was a circadian rhythm in level of the liver glycogen in Micro-tus oeconomus. There were two peaks of the contents in a day . The first was 30. 8±7.6mg/gW. W at about 1:00 A. M and the other was 29. 9±9. 4mg/gW. W at about 15:00 P. M. The lowest peak was 14. 8±1. 7mg/gw. W at about 20:00 P. M.In hypoxic chamber,these root voles were exposured at simulated altitude of 7Km for 2h and 24h,the contents of the liver glycogen presented a decrreased level but no significant(p>0. 05).
