摘要
土地是最宝贵的资源。根据自然、社会条件特点,将新疆土地利用类型分为8个一级类、33个二级类。研究表明,新疆土地利用具有垦殖率低、利用率低、土地质量差、经济效益低、土地利用类型结构不协调和地域差异大等特点。
In view of the consistent of land use, the similarity of land resources characteristics and the principle of environment conservation, taking into account national economy structure and land cover feature, the paper divided used land into 7 types of Ⅰ grade: plough, orchard, forest land, grazing land, surface water area, residential area and industrial and mining land, And further divided Ⅰ grade land type into 28 Ⅱ grade types. Non-use land was consided as reserve land rcsourcas of Ⅰ grade type and also divided into 5 Ⅱ grade types. The concluision is that the land use capability and cultivation capability in Xinjiang is low; the land quality and its economy benefit is no good; the land use structure is not coordinate to the land resources characteristics; areal ditTcrcntiation of the land use is obvious.
