摘要
研究了氧化铝(F99.7)对氧化锆增韧氧化铝(ZTA)陶瓷摩擦副在空气中的摩擦磨损性能.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了磨损表面形貌,用能量色散x-射线分析(EDAX)对磨痕表面进行化学成分分析。结果表明该摩擦副的摩擦系数从开始的0.81下降至0.73,线磨损总量在开始时急剧上升,然后变化不大。
Tribological behavior of the ceramic mated pair, alumina against zirconia toughened alumina, is investigated in a mode of reciprocal sliding in air. The worn surfaces are examined by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) . The experimental results show that the friction coefficient decreased from 0.81 to 0.73, and linear wear increased sharply at the beginning, then almost remained the same value after running-in period.
