摘要
学报的校内文稿、青年作者文稿和初创阶段的特色栏目文稿等 ,都需要在审稿标准上予以倾斜 ,平等是相对的 ,倾斜是绝对的。绝对平等在实践中是绝对行不通的。只有把握好“倾斜”度 。
The manuscripts written by its own staff within Journal of institutions,as well as young authors,and the manuscripts in initial stage of creative work on distinctive column need inclining in the standard of going over them.Equality is in relative terms,while inclining is in absolute terms.Absolute equality is completely impossible in practice.Only the standard of“inclining”is grasped well,can it be advantageous to developing healthily the journal cause.
