摘要
报道了 14个国产工业挤压三通在内压下的塑性极限载荷试验结果 ,其中 2个为不锈钢其余12个为碳钢材料制造 ,8个无缺陷 ,6个分别含有腹部和肩部裂纹。文中首先对挤压成型三通的典型变截面尺寸特征进行了详细描述 ,然后研究了无缺陷和含裂纹三通的破坏过程及失效特征 ,总结了无缺陷三通的塑性极限载荷随结构尺寸变化的规律及裂纹对极限载荷的削弱规律。最后 。
The experimental results of plastic limit load of 14 pieces of homemade extruded piping tee, under the internal pressure, were presented in this work. Among of them, two pieces of tee are made of stainless steel and the others are made of carbon steel, and eight pieces of tee are defect free while the other six pieces of tee with cracks located at the flank or crotch corner. The variable behaviour of structural dimension for different extruded piping tees with identical standard-size was investigated firstly, and then the procedure and feature of plastic failure of piping tees with and without cracks were analyzed systemically. The relationship of plastic limit load with structural dimension and crack size were then summarized on the basis of experimental results. The existing estimation formulae concerning on the plastic limit load of piping tees were also evaluated by using the experimental results.
