摘要
天津联合化学公司BA-106裂解炉超高压蒸汽过热段(SSH)集合管的管接头发生断裂,通过分析认为:由于焊缝焊后热处理温度不够,导致发生回大脆性,在残余应力的作用下产生断裂所致。为了减少此类事件的再次发生,特提出了设计上的改进意见。
The fracture of a pipe joint of super high pressure steam super heating section (SSH) gathering pipe for BA-106 splitting furnace in Tianjin union chemical company was occured. By means of reason analysis, that is recognized; owing to insufficient temperature of post weld heat treatment of welding seam, the temper brittleness is occured;and under the action of residual stress, the fracture is occured. In order to decrease this accident occures again, the improvement of design is proposed specially.
