摘要
本工作以轻质碳酸钙粒子填充聚丙烯熔体为体系,利用RMS-605和Instron3211流变仪测定各种物料函数,研究了粒子浓度和界面状态的影响。
This paper reports an experimental study on various material functions by means of RMS-605 and INSTRON 3211 for CaCO3 filled PP melts. Effects of the filler concentration and inter-facial situation have been discussed . The result shows that the viscous behaviors of filled PP melts can be well described with Ellis model. The addition of the filler increases the viscosity and decreases the elasticity . The coupling agent increases both the viscosity and the elasticity,but it has stronger effect on elastic behaviors. The dispersed filler creats the interphase areas whereas the coupling agents enhance the interface transient adhesion. One should treat the system better as aninjured- entangled network rather than as a rigid particle suspension in a viscoelastic liquid without interfacial slippage.
