在科学技术成为先进生产力的集中体现和主要标志的今天 ,科技创新无疑已成为先进生产力发展的先导 ,成为推动先进生产力发展的第一要素和主要驱动力。
Nowdays science and technology have become the concentrated display and main mark of the advanced productive forces,no doubt sci tech innovation has been a guidance for the development of advanced productive forces and become first key factor and main power to promote the development of the advanced productive forces.
