摘要
目的:探讨芦荟对衰老小鼠体内氧自由基代谢的影响作用。方法:采用不同剂量的芦荟给老龄小鼠灌胃4周,用TBA法[1]测定小鼠脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量及用碱性二甲亚矾鲁米诺化学发光法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:随着芦荟剂量的增加,衰老小鼠脑组织中SOD活性增加,MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:芦荟可通过降低脑组织中氧自由基含量延缓衰老。
objective: To explore the effect of aloe on the metabolism of free radical in ageing mouse. Method: Ageing mouse were fed with aloe of different dose by gastrogavge for 4 weeks. Measured the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in the brain tissue. Result: With the dose of aloe increased, the activity of SOD was increased while the content of MDA was decreased remarkably (p <0.05). Conclusion: Aloe could delay senility by eliminating free radical in the brain tissue.
