兔视网膜冲击伤后氧自由基及酶组织化学的改变

摘要 目的 进一步探讨兔视网膜冲击伤发生机制 ,评价临床治疗效果。方法 应用电子自旋共振波谱法 (ESR)、酶组化等手段 ,对实验性家兔视网膜冲击伤后组织自由基、琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性进行了观察。结果 伤后视网膜、脉络膜血循环障碍 ;视网膜组织SDH、LDH活性明显下降 ,自由基含量明显高于伤前 ;而药物治疗组上述反应明显轻于对照组。结论 视网膜冲击伤后组织缺血缺氧、代谢障碍、自由基损伤是引发继发性损伤的重要环节 。 Objective To discuss the mechanism of the retinal blast injury, and estimate the value of the clinical therapy.?Methods? WTBZ]The activities of SDH and LDH and free oxygen radical of the rabbit's retina were observed after blast injury with the histochemistry and the electron spin resonance.?The activities of SDH and LDH and free oxygen radical of the rabbit's retina were observed after blast injury with the histochemistry and the electron spin resonance.?Results The disturbance of the retinal and choroidal blood circulation,the activities of SDH and LDH in the retina reduced,and high content of free oxygen radical were found;?The responses of the injury in the therapeutic group were not obvious than that found in the control group.?Conclusion The disturbance of the retinal and choroidal blood circulation,ischemia,anoxia,metabolic disturbance and increase LPO of retinal tissue after injury were the factors which damaged secondarily the retina. High dose dexmethasone and agkistrodon halys antithrombade could reduce the secondary damage.
