摘要
通过研究钛硅分子筛TS 1在异丙醇溶剂中催化丙烯与H2O2的连续环氧化过程,考察催化剂的活性变化情况;并将失活的催化剂进行再生,活性评价表明再生后催化剂的活性基本恢复。用SEM,N2物理吸附,TG,XRD,IR和NH3 TPD等多种方法对新鲜、失活和再生后的催化剂进行表征,结果显示:催化剂失活是大分子反应副产物堵塞孔道引起的暂时性失活和部分钛流失引起的永久失活共同作用的结果。
