摘要
介绍了一种基于DSP的汽轮机振动状态监测仪的总体结构和软硬件设计思想。与单片机相比,DSP大大提高数据实时处理速度和能力,系统实时性强、功耗低,能够在现场进行实时测量、频谱分析,并提供更多的显示方式和更全面的波形分析。内置的看门狗保证系统的可靠性和稳定性。
The design idea and function of a DSP-based turbine vibration condition monitoring instrument are introduced in the paper. Compared with SCM, realtime digital signal processing, more display mode and more comprehensive wave analysis with little powercost are realized by DSP. The reliability and stability of instrument are guaranteed by the watchdog.
