摘要
固硫产物的稳定性是影响煤燃烧过程脱硫效果的重要因素 .硫铝酸盐 (C4 A3S)是一种高温下 (低于 14 0 0℃ )非常稳定的固硫物相 ,又是新型特种水泥的主要原料 .研究该物相的生成机理对提高固定床及煤粉炉内煤燃烧过程的脱硫效果具有指导意义 .论述了不同气氛下硫铝酸盐的生成机理和添加剂对该物相形成的影响 。
The stability of the desulfurate production is the important factor influencing combustion process. Sulphoaluminate (C4A3S) is not only a very stable desulfuration product in high temperature (not higher than 1400°C), but also the material of a new special type of cement mostly. It is of the guiding significance to study its formation mechanism for improving desulfuration effect of fixed bed and suspend combustion furnace. This article discusses both the formation mechanism of sulphoaluminate in different atmosphere and the influences of additive to sulphoaluminate. At the same time, it is put forward that using the desulfuration cinder comprising sulphoaluminate to fire the cement will have the application foreground.
