摘要
目的 :比较面神经电图 (ENoG)与瞬目反射 (BR)在Bell麻痹中的应用价值。方法 :5 0例Bell麻痹患者在发病后 1～ 3天 (A组 )和 8～ 14天 (B组 )分别作面神经ENoG与BR检查。结果 :BR在 1～ 3天患侧就表现出明显异常 ,但 1～ 3天及 8～ 14天检查无明显差异。面神经ENoG在 8～ 14天才表现明显异常。结论 :对于Bell麻痹患者早期诊断作BR优于面神经ENoG ,面神经ENoG在发病后 8～ 14天对预后评价优于BR。
Objective: To compare the application value of electroneurogram(ENoGs)of facial nerve and Blink reflex in patients with Bell's paralysis.Methods: Blink reflex and ENoG were determined in 50 patients with Bell paralysis in 1～3 days(group A)and 8～14 days (group B) and the patients were followed up for one to six months.Results:Blink reflex showed significant abnormality in 1～3 days,but significant difference was not found between that in 1～3 days and that in 8～14 days.Significant abnormality in ENoGs of facial nerve was found in 8～14 days.Conclusions:Blink reflex might be more important than ENoGs of facial nerve in the early diagnosis and ENoG might be more valuable than Blink reflex in clinical prognosis of the Bell paralysis.
