摘要 锂离子电池在正常使用过程中内部会产生应力,这对其电化学性能的影响不可小觑。为了研究单体锂离子电池宏观的应力状态,设计实验测量了充放电过程中锂离子电池外壳表面的应力变化,得到了单个充放电循环中单体锂离子电池外壳表面的应力大小与电荷状态的关系。进而比较了充放电过程中应力变化的异同,发现在充电过程中会产生不可逆应力,充放电曲线的不重合性说明了充放电过程中电池内部存在能量损耗。 The lithium-ion battery internal stress can be generated in the normal operation.The impact of this should not be overlooked for its electrochemical properties.In order to study single lithium-ion battery macroscopic stress state,this work designed experiments to measure the stress change during charge / discharge process on lithiumion battery shell surface.The relationship between the stress which was measured on single lithium-ion battery pack in one charge / discharge cycle and state of charge( SOC) was gained,and then the stress in charging and discharging process were compared.The results indicated that irreversible stress was produced in the charging process.The charge and discharge curves did not coincide,whick explained the existence of energy loss inside the battery in the charge and discharge process.
