摘要
随着医疗护理模式的改变和医疗体制的改革 ,护理工作的内涵与工作范围都发生了较大的变化。为了进一步了解综合医院护理工作量 ,探讨合理的护理编制 ,作者于 2 0 0 1年就华西医科大学附一院 36个临床科室 ,10 6个病人 ,78项护理操作时间 ,以及内外科各级护理病人所需护理时间进行了测量和分析。揭示了综合医院护理工作的现状 ,为进一步的护理人员编制研究提出参考意见。
The connotation and range of nursing service have greatly changed following the changes of medical and nursing pattern.To try to find out a reasonable share of workload for clinical nurses and their staff structure in a general hospital under the new situation,the authors measure and analyze the length of the time mecessary for the accomplishment of 78 items of nursing services for 106 patients were recorded and analyzed in 36 clinical departments of the First Hospital of the West China University of Medical Science.It revealed the real situations of nursing service now in a general hospital,and formulated several proposals for further of the establishment of nursing staff.
