摘要
比较了多种杂多酸催化合成对羟基苯甲酸正丁酯的反应 ,找到了硅钨酸为最佳催化剂 ,并得出了反应的最优化条件 ,即醇酸摩尔比为 4∶1,催化剂用量为 0 .2 g/ 0 .0 2 5mol对羟基苯甲酸 ,反应温度为 110~ 130℃ ,反应时间为 4h时 ,酯的产率可达 86 .6 %。实验发现该催化剂催化活性较高、选择性好、可重复使用 5次 ,且对设备无腐蚀 ,是一种环境友好的催化剂。
Various heteropoly acids were compared as catalyst in synthesis of n -butyl p -hydroxybenzoate, and the silicotungstic acid was found to be better than the others. The optimum synthesis conditions were found as follows: molar ratio of alcohol to acid 4∶1, the amount of catalyst 0.2 g/0.025 mol acid, reaction temperature 110130 ℃, and reaction time 4 h. The yield of the ester could reach 86.6%. This catalyst has good activity and selectivity, could be reused for 5 times and are friendly with environment.
