摘要
目的:探讨大学新生积极心理资本对焦虑的影响。方法:采用积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对345名大学新生进行调查。结果:①大学新生男生在韧性维度上的得分显著高于女生(t=2.29,P<0.05),男生在焦虑上的得分显著高于女生(t=3.67,P<0.01);较贫困的大学新生焦虑得分显著高于家庭经济状况一般的学生(t=2.11,P<0.05);不同教养方式家庭的大学新生在自我效能(F=3.74,P<0.01),乐观(F=3.86,P<0.01),希望(F=4.79,P<0.01)上的得分差异均具有统计学意义;②大学新生焦虑与韧性(r=-0.22,P<0.01)、乐观(r=-0.11,P<0.05)呈显著负相关;③多元逐步回归分析显示,韧性和乐观能够负向地预测大学新生的焦虑。结论:大学新生的积极心理资本中的韧性和乐观影响其焦虑,减少大学新生焦虑可通过提高其韧性和乐观的水平。
Objective:To explore the impact of positive psychological capital on anxiety of freshmen.Methods:A total of 345 freshmen were surveyed by using positive psychological capital(PPQ)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results:①Male freshmen’s score of reliance was higher than female freshmen’s(t=2.29,P<0.05);The poorer freshmen’s anxiety score was significantly higher than that of the general family students(t=2.11,P<0.05);The scores of freshmen of different foster styles were significantly different on self-efficacy(F=3.74,P<0.01),optimistic(F=3.86,P<0.01)and hope(F=4.79,P<0.01).②The anxiety of freshmen were significantly and negatively related to their resilience(r=-0.22,P<0.01)and optimistic(r=-0.11,P<0.05).③Regression analysis showed that resilience and optimistic could negatively predict anxiety of freshmen.Conclusion:Freshmen’s resilience and optimistic impact their anxiety,the improvement of the level of their reliance and optimistic can reduce their anxiety.
