摘要
随着高校扩招,民族高校学生数量也在急剧增加,但就业指导教师队伍存在数量、质量不足及专业化程度不高等一系列问题,针对这些问题,本文就部分民族高校须配备足够的数量、质量就业指导队伍等方面进行阐述。
With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the number of minority university students in a sharp increase in the employment guidance teachers exist insufficient quantity, quality and degree of specialization of a series of problems, to solve these problems, this article is part of the national colleges and universities must be equipped with adequate quantity and quality of employment guidance team.
