摘要
工程装备维修质量评价体系是一个有众多离散空间点的复杂系统。基于模糊综合评判原理 ,设计了工程装备维修质量评价模型 ,提出了指标体系及其权重分配方法 ,构造了评价的比较判别矩阵 ,建立了评价结果的被择集和影响因素的隶属函数及评价集。最后以某工程装备为例 ,给出了其维修质量的一级评价模型和二级评价模型 ,并对计算结果进行了分析。
The evaluation system for the quality of engineering equipment repair is a complex system, lying in a high dimensional discrete space. In this paper, a quality evaluation model is designed for engineering equipment repair, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle. An index system is proposed for the evaluation and a method for weight assignment. A comparison and identification matrix for the evaluation is constructed. A set for evaluation results to be chosen and the subjection-function of the influence factor and its evaluation set are established. Finally, taking an engineering equipment for an example, are analyzed the primary and the secondary evluation models for its repair quality are presented, and a the evaluation results are analyzed.
