本文阐述了九十年代农田灌溉原理的内涵;指出了农田水分微循环机理及其节水调控原理和非充分灌溉理论的研究将是九十年代农田灌溉原理的主要研究任务;探索了节水灌溉基础研究中的几个重大理论问题;提出了建立具有综合性和学科交叉性的农田灌溉学科基础理论体系是九十年代农田灌溉原理发展的总趋势。
