摘要
建立了测定硫酸铜中微量铁的分光光度法。基于用盐酸羟胺为还原剂 ,CuCl为催化剂 ,快速将Fe3+ 还原为Fe2 + ,Fe2 + 在 pH5 7的介质中与邻菲罗啉 (o phen)反应形成红色络合物 ,在 5 10nm波长处有一最大吸收。该法已用于实际样品中微量铁的测定 ,结果满意。
A method for the determination of micro iron in copper sulfate by spectrophotometry was established,based on using hydroxylamine ·HCl as a reduction agent,Cu*! as the catalyst,Fe 3+ could be reduced rapidly to Fe 2+ ,which reacted with o-phenanthroline(o-phen) in the medium of pH5.7 to form a red complex with a maximum absorption at 510nm.The method has been applied to determine micro iron in the practice samples with satisfactory results.
