摘要
细胞程序性死亡(programmedcelldeath,PCD)是由某些特定基因参与调控的,在细胞生长发育以及对外界刺激的反应过程中有关键作用的一种重要生物学过程。PCD过程伴有形态学及分子生物学等方面的变化,许多内、外因素都可诱导植物PCD的发生。随着PCD研究的不断深入,检测PCD的细胞生物学与分子生物学方法逐渐完善。
Programmed cell death(PCD) is adjusted and controlled by some specific genes,and is an important biological course has the key role in the course of cell growth and development and in the course of reaction to outside stimuation.The changes in aspects of morphologic and molecular biology,etc.occur in the PCD course,many inside and outside factors all may induce the occurrence of PCD of plant.With the constant PCD research in depth,the cell biology and molecular biology methods detect PCD are improved gradually.
