摘要
将环氧树脂胶黏剂与磷酸二氢铝混合,并加入氢氧化铝、氧化铜、钨酸钠、三氧化二铬等填料,制备了绝缘板用有机-无机杂化耐高温胶黏剂。对杂化胶黏剂的粘接强度、热稳定性、分子结构和微观形貌等进行了测试分析。结果表明:当环氧树脂胶黏剂与磷酸二氢铝的质量比为2∶3,填料质量分数为35%,m(Al(OH)3)∶m(H4Na2O6W)∶m(CaO)∶m(CNT)=1∶1∶1∶0.1时,杂化胶黏剂的粘接强度可达10.00 MPa,在700℃时胶黏剂的质量损失率仅为37%,且具有较好的耐高温性能。
An organic-inorganic hybrid high temperature resistant adhesive for insulating plate was prepared by mixing epoxy resin adhesive with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and adding the fillers such as aluminum hydroxide,copper oxide,sodium tungstate,and chromium trioxide.The adhesive strength,thermal stability,molecular structure,and micromorphology of the hybrid adhesives were tested.The results show that when the mass ratio of epoxy resin adhesive to aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution is 2∶3,the filler mass fraction is 35%,and m(Al(OH)3)∶m(H4Na2O6W)∶m(CuO)∶m(CNT)=1∶1∶1∶0.1,the adhesive strength of the hybrid adhesive is 10.00 MPa.The mass loss rate of the adhesive at 700℃is only 37%,and it has good high temperature resistance.
