摘要
研究了用超滤膜去除二级出水中的 COD、浊度、色度的性能。实验结果表明 :超滤膜对COD的去除率为 5 3 %以上 ,对浊度的去除率为 1 0 0 % ,对色度的去除率为 92 %以上。通过对不同操作压力下超滤膜的运行性能的比较 ,选择△P=0 .1 2 MPa作为最佳工作压力。并且建立了用超滤膜处理污水的凝胶层模型。对污染的超滤膜提出了有效、可行的清洗方法。
Ultrafiltration membrane is employed for removal of COD ,turbidity and color in the secondary effluent The experimental results indicate that the mean removal rate of COD is over 53 %,the turbidity can be removed 100 %, and the color removal rate is over 92 % Compare with membrane operation functions of vary work pressure, the best operation pressure is selected(ΔP=0 12 MPa) The gel layer model which describe the removal of COD and the effective cleaning method for polluted membrane was presented
