摘要
医患关系是医疗实践中最重要的、最基本的人际关系 ,也是实习生医疗实践中迫切需要提高的能力之一。必须使实习生明确生命神圣权、平等合理的基本医疗权、对疾病诊治的知情同意权是患者的基本权利。掌握过硬医疗技术 ,提高自身综合素质是正确处理医患关系的前提 ,坚持以人为本的理念 ,全面提高服务水平是正确处理医患关系的关键 ,从而确保医患关系向平等、合作、诚信。
Relationship between the doctors and patients is the most important and basic interpersonal relationship in the medical practice, it also is the ability for interns to be strengthened. Interns should know patients have basic rights as sacred living right, right of the medical treatment, informed consent of the diagnosis and treatment. Having perfect medical skills, improving comprehensive skills is premise, sticking to serving people and improving service are the key to deal with the relation between the doctors and patients. It can ensure the relation be more equal, cooperative, honest, harmonious.
