摘要
随着数字化图书馆建设的步步深入 ,图书馆员素质面临着严峻的挑战。应通过吸收高层次人才 ,接受继续教育 ,剔除人才使用上的不合理因素 ,提高高等教育办学层次等多种途径 ,全面提高图书馆员素质 ,适应数字化图书馆建设的需求。
Along with the development of the digital library, the librarian's quality is facing great challenge. In order to satisfy the requirement of the digital library, the quality of the librarians should be enhanced by employing advanced professional person, giving the professional education to employers, avoiding the unreasonable elements in the manpower management and so on.[
