摘要
通过试验得到了HTR 10一回路流道阻力特性以及主氦风机在堆上运行特性 ,包括压力升、转速、输入功率和效率 ,同时还测量和观察了主氦风机对一回路系统的加热能力和过程。对试验的原理和过程进行了介绍 ,对试验结果进行了分析。在试验结果的基础上 ,对HTR 10额定工况下一回路流道阻力值和所需的主氦风机运行参数进行了预测。与主氦风机运行能力相比较可以得出如下结论 ,主氦风机性能完全能满足HTR 10的运行要求并有很大裕量。
As a result, the pressure loss of the primary system and the circulator performance on the HTR-10 including pressure rise, rotational speed, input power and efficiency was obtained, meanwhile the circulator heating capacity and process for the primary system was measured and observed. This paper highlights the test principle, describes the test process and analyzes the test results. In addition, based on the test results, the pressure loss of the primary system and the required helium circulator performance for the HTR-10 rated operation are predicted. Compared with the circulator capacity, it is concluded that the helium circulator meets the requirements for the HTR-10 operation with a considerable margin.
