摘要
采用光学传输矩阵的方法对内含多元件热透镜介质的谐振腔稳定性参数和模体积进行了分析 ,从而得到多棒串接高功率固体激光器谐振腔的优化设计。在双棒串接的连续Nd3+ :YAG激光器实验中获得了 0~ 70 0瓦的稳定功率输出。
By analyzing the stable parameters and mode volume of multi-element thermal lens resonator with optical transmission matrix,the best way to design multi-rods connetion high-power lasers can be given.For two rods series connection CW Nd 3+ :YAG laser,the stable output power between 0~700W is acquired.The experiment results are accordant with the theoretical analysis.
