摘要
利用圆管稳定导热模型,将冻结区和降温区温度场的计算统一起来,方便地进行任意点的温度计算与分析;根据温差导热原理,建立了两根冻结管及多根冻结管下的温度场叠加计算公式,并利用计算机方法实现冻结管偏斜条件下,离散区域内各节点温度的计算与分析;模拟计算和工程实例分析都表明该分析方法方便、可行,为实现冻结法施工温度场分析信息化监控提供了基础。
With the steady heat transfer model of circular pipe, it is convenient to calculate and analyse the temperature of any position with the unity of temperature calculation in the frozen and temperature dropping region. According to the conductivity law due to temperature difference, superposition calculation formula of frozen temperature field is is established under the condition of double or more rows of freezing pipes. Calculation and analysis of the temperature of each node in the discrete region with the deflection of freezing pipes can be realized conveniently with the computer method. The analytical method is proved to be convenient and practicable with both the simulation calculation and the analysis on the engineering practice. This method provides a foundation for the information controlling and monitoring system of the analysis of temperature field with freezing construction.
