摘要
加强实训室管理是现代高职院校管理的一个重点,这为高职院校培养大量高素质的技术应用型人才提供了保障。但是我国高职院校在实训室管理中还存在很多令人不满意的地方。本文围绕高职院校的实训室管理模式进行探索,从高职院校实训室管理现状出发,分析存在的问题及原因,并提出有针对性的解决措施。
Strengthen the training room management is a focus of modern management of vocational colleges, which train a large number of highly qualified technical talents for vocational colleges to provide a guarantee. But there are still many ar-eas of unsatisfactory vocational colleges in training room management. This paper focuses on vocational college training room management model to explore, from the status quo of college training room management, analyze problems and causes, and propose targeted solutions.
