摘要
如今,校企合作与工学结合已经成为了我国职业教育的一个重要改革、发展方向,而"订单教育"作为其中的一个重要表现形式,为高职院校培养更多综合型应用人才创造了有利条件。故文章以汽车类专业为例,从简要分析当前汽车类专业人才需求与"订单式"人才培养模式特点入手,就汽车类专业"订单式"人才培养模式的展开提出几点建议。
