摘要
大学生通过在大学阶段接受高等教育的培养,完成从学生角色向社会人角色的转变,实现大学生的社会化转型,成为能够为社会的发展创造价值的实用型人才。文章分析了大学生社会化发展的现状及其原因,针对高等教育阶段大学生社会化发展对高等教育质量的影响,依照大学生社会化发展的层次需求理论,提出了促进大学生社会化进程的措施。
