摘要
运动量主要针对的是个体的能量系统,大运动量训练的主要目的就是让运动员能够储备更多的体能,并提高机体在短时间内恢复体能的能力。运动强度则主要是针对个体的中枢神经系统,大强度训练的主要目的之一,就是扩大神经系统兴奋域的范围。此外,竞赛过程中运动员的心理活动也将消耗大量的体能。
The amount of training is an energy system to aim at athletes primarily,the main purpose of larger amount of training is to urge athletes can store more energy of bodies.The intensity of training load primari-ly is a main purpose for training of central nervous system to aim at athletes,heavy sport strength is a scope that extend the nervous system to validate the excitement.In the contest process the athlete's mental state ac-tivity also will consume large quantity of body energy.
