摘要
目的 增强医务人员的自身防护意识 ,减少职业性感染的发生。方法 了解人类免疫缺陷病毒传播给医务人员的途径和危险性 ,采取隔离预防措施及被污染后的应急处理。结果 通过重视自身防护和采取隔离预防措施 ,降低职业感染率。结论 医务人员重视自身防护和加强隔离预防措施 。
Objective To enhance the self protection awareness of HIV infection in healthcare workers. Methods The date of HIV positive patients were analyzed, and the transmission routes, risk factors, and the proper isolation and prevention measures were discussed. Results The infection resulting from occupational exposure could be reduced by strengthening the self protection and measures of isolation. Conclusion The effective method to reduce the occupational infection with HIV is to strengthen healthcare worker's self protection and isolation measures in the hospital.
