摘要
目的 :探讨高龄高危良性前列腺增生 (BPH)患者的治疗效果。方法 :采用经尿道前列腺部分切除术治疗 86例高龄高危BPH患者。结果 :切除组织平均 13.5± 3.5g ,平均手术时间 2 8.5± 7.8min ,术后国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)、剩余尿量明显下降 ,最大尿流率、平均尿流率明显提高 ,无一例出现TUR综合征及围手术期死亡。结论 :经尿道前列腺部分切除术适用于高龄高危BPH患者 ,手术安全 ,疗效满意 ;术中不必追求切除的量 。
Purpose:To evaluate the effect of transurethral resection of partial prostate (TURPP) on senior and high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods:TURPP was used to treat 86 cases of senior and highly risk BPH. Results:Mean weight of resected tissue was 13.5 g, and mean operative time was 28.5 minutes. Post operative international prostatic symptom score (IPSS) and residual volume were significantly decreased, while maximum and average urinary flow rates were significantly increased. There was no TUR syndrome or death. Conclusions:TURP can applied to senior and highly risk BPH with safety and satisfied efficacy. Resected volume but resected place should not be pursued.
