Development and Application of Tissue Chip Technology

摘要 组织芯片是指固定在玻片上的高密度的组织微点阵。讨论了组织芯片技术的发展历史、现状和在细胞表型、基因表达、疾病分子诊断、预后判定以及与基因芯片的结合等方面的应用 。 Tissue array,also called'tissue chip',is newly developed technology that provides a method of high-throughput molecular profiling and parallel analysis of biological and molecular characteristics for hundreds of pathologically controlled tissue specimens.Its history,current status were discussed.The application of the technique in cell phenotype,expression of gene,genotyping,protein analysis,disease diagnostics,was also reviewed.
