开关电容变换器由于结构中不合磁性元件,因而体积和重量可以进一步减小,适合芯片集成,为小型或微型用电设备的供电提供了一种较好的实现途径。阐述了开关电容DC/DC变换器的工作原理及统一模型,分析及控制方法,以及讨论了这种变换器的效率。
The switched-capacitor DC/DC converters contain no magnetic t omponents. so they can be miniaturized and suitable to he manufactured as IC systems, offering a good approach for low power supply. The principle and standard model of the switched-capacitor DC/DC converters, as well as the control methods are described, The efficiency of the converters is discussed. The prospect of the converters is looked ahead.
