摘要
图像编码(一般都进行数据压缩)是图像处理、图像通信和图像显示的重要基础,首先分析了图像数据压缩编码的必要性和可能性,然后着重介绍了基于DCT的图像压缩编码技术,并给出了具体的实现方法和步骤,既保证具有较高的压缩比,又保证了较好的图像质量。
The coding of image (commonly the data is compressed) is the basis of image manipulation, image communications and image display. This thesis analyses the necessary and the feasibility of image coding, and then introduces the coding of image based on DCT, therefrom, shows the details of realization. It provides high compressibility and high quality.
