摘要
利用交流伺服系统对ZJ15卷接机组进行了技术改进 ,介绍了交流伺服系统的基本工作原理 ,及ZJ15卷接机组改进的实施方案、设备选型和调整。改进后原设备传动结构大大简化 ,噪声降低 ,维修费用减少 ,而且提高了设备的可靠性 ,并为其他国产卷烟机的改进提供了技术参考。
The ZJ15 cigarette making and filter assembling machine combination was improved by AC servo-system. The basic working principle of AC servo-system, the layout, type selection and adjustment were introduced. As a result, the machine's transmission mechanism was simplified greatly, noise was reduced, maintenance cost was decreased, and reliability was increased. It also provided technical reference for the improvement of other domestic cigarette makers.
